LEVEL I
Level I actors have little or limited experience and/or training. Actors at this level have not yet executed base-level proficiency consistently and are working to establish a solid acting foundation.
*Actors at this level will learn and develop with base-level proficiency the following:
Being comfortable with yourself
Awareness/acknowledging your truth
Script analysis
Dialogue
Character development
Improv
Cold-reading
Self-tape technical skills
Self-tape auditioning
Commerical auditioning
The business of show (roles/responsibilities of agents, CDs, film/tv structure, set terms & function)
Actor resources (headshot, resumes, demo reels/clips, actor sites, social media, etc.)
Type and how to manage it
LEVEL II
Level II actors will ideally have representation and/or training and set experience that presents consistent growth.
*Actors at this level will learn, develop and elevate base-level skills with a more intense focus on:
Exploring and connecting with the scene
Analyzing what, when, where and how to take a risk in an audition
Mastering and finding the character’s voice
Creating and shaping character
Improv
Mastering clues and intention within scenes
Applying technical skills to elevate audition (props, movement, framing, etc.)
Developing comfort within the audition, elevating cinematic choices
Including improv in commercial auditions, recognizing tones
The Business of Show – networking, presentation, maximizing opportunities
Actor Resources – elevating materials
Understanding essence of types

Kids (ages 7-12)/Teens (ages 13-17)

Classes are $200/month - non refundable
Kid Classes are $160/month - non refundable
**ONLINE AND KIDS CLASSES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED BUT WILL RETURN AT A LATER DATE**
ALL adult actors will start at LEVEL I until Angela can assess and determine skill level.
